Ukraine's parliament to make some changes for futher cooperation with IMF

Parliament would have to make number of decisions for Ukraine's further cooperation with IMF.
Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn said this, while commenting on the outcome of Monday's meeting with President Viktor Yushchenko, National radio reported.

First of all, the Verkhovna Rada has to cancel two items of the law on the state budget 2009, which speak of the need to coordinate a policy of banks refinancing between the National Bank and the Cabinet of Ministers. Besides, the MPs will have to pass a draft law on increasing excise duties and to make amendments to the pension legislation. Mr Lytvyn called all three draft laws as 'very sensitive and tough'.
