Rybakov applied for criminal proceedings against BYuT leaders

“In essence, it is the attempt of BYuT to create own favorable version of events, which led to the collapse of the coalition, and construct the whole complex of actions basing on the untruth and directed on my exclusion from the Verkhovna Rada. According to the official decision of the BYuT council, Oleksandr Turchynov said that I “…wrote an application about my withdrawal from the coalition of democratic forces in the Verkhovna Rada of VI calling and about recalling of my personal signature from the list of the deputy faction “Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko,” Ihor Rybakov said.
