Yushchenko does not intend to dismiss the parliament


President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko stated that he is not going to dismiss the parliament even if it doe not manage to hold a session within 30 days. He said that today in scope his visit to Chernihiv region, the ForUm's correspondent informs.

He stressed that he is not ready to sign a decree on VRU dissolution.

“I would like to see Ukrainian parliament working again,” he said adding that confrontation in the parliament is artificially made and only a few people who are deprived of power are interested in it.

The President hopes the VRU to renew its work in 4-5 days.

The President considers that early parliamentary elections will not change political situation, that’s why the parties must find mutual understanding by means of negotiations.
