Deputies pledge to support Yatsenyuk’s appointment a Foreign Minister


The anti-crisis coalition will support the candidature of Arseny Yatsenyuk for Foreign Minister. Leader of Party of Regions’ faction Raisa Bogatyryova told journalists.  

“The coalition will vote for Yatsenyuk’s appointment,” Bogatyryova said.

Factions of Our Ukraine and BYuT will also support the candidature of Arseny Yatsenyuk. OU member Roman Bezsmertny told journalists that Yatsenyuk’s candidature was discussed at a faction’s meeting.

According to him, the faction decided to support him as Foreign Minister. “I don’t see any grounds for rejecting Yatsenyuk’s candidature,” he said.

In his turn BYuT member Andriy Shevchenko reported that support of Yantsenyuk’s candidature was also discussed at a faction’s meeting. He noted that the faction will take part in the plenary session, when this issue is put to the vote and will vote for Yatsenyuk’s appointment as Foreign Minister of Ukraine.
