President cancels Moscow visit

Victor Yushchenko phoned Russian President Vladimir Putin yesterday to offered sympathy to his colleague over the blast at the Ulyanovskaya mine in Kemerovo province and today’s fire in an old people’s home in southern Russia, president's press office reported..

He suggested postponing his visit to Moscow, scheduled for Wednesday, March 21.
