The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko charged by his decree the Cabinet to provide fulfillment of arrangement plan for preparation of the official visit of the President of Ukraine to Denmark. According to the President’s press office, the visit to Denmark is scheduled for March 15-16.
The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine up to February 26 should prepare and forward to the Secretariat of the President agreed program projects of the official visit, President’s wife stay in Denmark, official delegation of Ukraine and also offers concerning composition of official delegation of Ukraine and during official visit. Up to March 1 the Foreign Ministry should prepare and submit for approval directives draft for official negotiations during official visit.
The Official Ministries are charged to prepare information on condition, development prospects and problem issues of cooperation between Ukraine and Denmark.
The Ministries are also charged to prepare agreement between the Cabinet of Ukraine and the Government of Denmark on cooperation in energy sphere to sign; agreement on simplification of visa regime to initial; agreement on readmission to initial; memorandum between the Agrarian policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of food, farm and fishery of Denmark on economic, scientific and technical cooperation in agriculture and food industry sphere to sign; agreement between State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations and the Investment fund of Denmark to sign.
