Ukraine might face migratory flow?


After in Russia on April 1, 2007 ban on trade by foreigners on the markets comes into force, Ukraine might face the immigrants flow. Olexiy Logvynenko the head of the parliamentary commission of the VR on CIS affairs told at the round table in Kyiv.

According to him, foreigners in Russia will seek ways to continue their trade or will try to find another territory for trade including Ukraine.

“Some of them will look for new territory,” Logvynenko said.

In turn, present at the round table ex head of the state committee of Ukraine on nationality and migration Serhy Rudyk noted that the country does not take any measures to prevent possible immigrants flow.

“De jure we do not have any body to control questions concerning migration,” Rudyk considers.
