Yushchenko threatened Moroz with legal proceedings

Because of technical mistake in the Cabinet law, made by the body of the Verkhovna Rada there is a “constitutional chance” to revote for presidential proposals to this law. The deputy head of the Secretariat Arseny Yatsenyuk told the journalists in the Cabinet, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“It would be expedient to accept them all because the President reduced them from 42 to 8 proposals,” he noted.

According to Yatsenyuk, in case the law on the Cabinet is promulgated by Moroz, Yushchenko will bring an action into the Constitutional Court.

“But it is not the best way to reach compromise,” he said.

Yatsenyuk sees such constitutional course of events: the Parliament considers the President’s proposals and votes, and then the law should be signed.”

“The fortune gave nice chance – so called technical mistakes. It is a sin not to take occasion,” Yatsenyuk explained.
