President Yushchenko charges corresponding authorities to form program councils consisted of the executive power representatives, independent experts, the President Secretariat officials and members of the parliament. The councils are aimed at creation of the legislative initiatives in accordance with priority reformative projects for every fields of economy. The initiatives will regulate the realization of policy in the corresponding fields, the First Deputy President Secretariat Chairman Ivan Vasyunyk told Friday.
2006 will be the year of reforms in the spheres of court and administrative system, energy saving, municipal economy, health protection, agriculture, education and pension provision, Vasyunyk added. The very pressing questions will be the key issues of the dialogue between the President and the new parliament formed of the coalition majority.
It will be the issue of dialogue and cooperation not the dispute of the coming parliament, the First Deputy Secretary Vasyunyk concluded the briefing.
