The President of Ukraine vetoed three laws of Ukraine


Victor Yushchenko vetoed a Law on Social Housing Resources.

The President cannot sign it because some of its conceptual provisions are inconsistent with the Constitution of Ukraine. He delegated Justice Minister Serhiy Holovaty to present his remarks at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.

He also vetoed a Law on Changes to Article 3 of the Law on Freedom of Movement and Residence and commissioned Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko to present his remarks at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.

Victor Yushchenko vetoed a Law on Changes to the Law on Special Conditions of Innovation Activity of Technological Parks. Finance Minister Victor Pynzenyk was delegated to present President’s remarks at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada, the Preident’s press office told.
