The audit of "Krivorojstal"

Power and fiscal departments began an audit of "Krivorojstal". The minister of economy Sergey Terehin reported about it.

The audit is conducted by Control-revision department, State tax administration of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine and General Office of Public Prosecutor.

According to Terehin, conducting of audit is not the main task of government. The main is Court decision.

On February, 8 government made decision about conducting of audit of "Krivorojstal" in a monthly term.

We remind, that the "Investment-metallurgical union", created by the Ukrainian businessmen Victor Pinchuk (proprietor of group "Interpipe") and Rinat Ahmetov (president of Joint-stock Company "SKM"), was announced the winner of sell contest and acquired control packet of shares of "Krivorojstal" on June, 14, 2004. The winner paid 4 milliards 260 million gryvnas as opposed to starting price 3,8 milliards for 93,02-percent of state packet.
