Yushchenko's office confirmed appointment of Nemtsov


The president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko appointed Boris Nemtso, one of leaders of Russian "Union of right forces", as the supernumerary adviser. Press secretary of president Irene Gerashenko confirmed this information.

Commenting this appointment, Gerashenko marked that "Victor Yushchenko always welcomed activation and deepening of relationships with Russia at interparty levels, in political and humanitarian spheres", "Unian" informs.

Gerashenko expressed persuasion, that "new Ukrainian power is interested in that every politician or representative of business elite, which can add something to deepening of bilateral relations, work as envoy of good will".
